There are two sticks, each of them burns for exactly one hour, how you get only 45 minutes of continuous light while using up all of the sticks.
The answer is light on stick from both sides and another from one side
then light the other end of the second stick. Its tricky but work it out in your head. The whole point is that the whole 1st stick and half the second stick is 30 mins but if you light the 30 remaining mins on that stick from BOTH sides its 15 mins
