...assistance? I have a child in my class who is very self confident in many areas of development. She is extremely smart, gets a long well with everyone, cooperates in all activities, and even encourages other children to cooperate. She is a leader in the classroom, yet when she's faced with an activity that she can't immediately do right the first time, she gives up. She won't ask for help from myself or other children. Can anyone help me come up with an activity that this child could do that would require her to ask for help? I don't want it to be something that is too hard for her to do alone, I just want it to be an activity where she can learn that if she's unable to do something alone, she can feel comfortable asking for assistance. She is a preschooler, thus I don't want the activity to be too hard. Any ideas and suggestions would help! Thanks.
