Do you incorporate any kind of exercise routine into your life?

I am trying to keep up with my 2011 resolution which is to get back in shape after baby and one of my goals is to lose 28 pounds (2 stone) by the 24th of April.

What motivates you to exercise?
What does your workout schedule look like?
What time of day do you find easiest to do your exercising?
Do you set goals? What kinds of goals do you set?
What DVD or program do you use, if any?
How do you feel after a workout?
Do you diet and exercise together? If so, which diet do you follow?
