I recently purchased a Blackberry Curve on pay as you go from Orange but was NOT told that I would have to pay an extra £5 to use the Blackberry internet service until a day after i bought it. I was disappointed by this and contacted Orange. I was refused a refund in the store but after speaking to customer services and then the store manager again I was told i could get a new phone and get refunded the difference.
I have looked at the Nokia 5230 and was wondering whether they have a similar service that you have to pay for or can you use the internet straight out of the box by using my free 100MB internet allowance i get from my Orange Dolphin PAYG plan?
