I just turned 16 and I want to apply for a license or permit but a friend of mine said "if your under 18 you cant get a license or permit if your not in school"
Well I need to be able to drive, I am starting a new job soon and I have siblings that I would save time taking to school. I already know a place where I can get a car cheap. Even though I am not in school, I need a license, is there any way to get one without waiting until I am 18?
