Hi all, I was dx with non erosive GERD about 1.5 yrs ago. My main sx at the time was sharp shooting/stabbing pains in my chest, felt like it was my heart. I finally after over a yr of meRAB got it under control and now am off the meRAB.
However, lately I get a burning feeling which is at the top middle part of my stomach, where the pancreas would lie. Does anyone else have the burning here? Its right where the ribs would meet.
The reason I question it is my dad passed away of pancreatic cancer and it is hereditary, so I get paranoid and think....what if its pc? I did have an ultra sound of my pancreas 6 months back due to other stomach issues and it was fine, as was my blood test. However, I still get concerned.
