...wont leave? a friend of mine had a not so good fam. her sis came over and ot mad at her cause she wouldnt let her stay there my friend told her to leve and she got mad and hit her in the nose open handed so my friend grabbed a gun and told her to leave she was calling the police. will she get into trouble?
i dont know if she pointed it at her or just grabbed it so she saw it to get her to go. i dont know what the laws are here in washington state

Depends on the state you live in. I know, for example, that in my state of Wisconsin it is illegal to point a gun at anyone except in self defense.

Probably not. A lot depends on state laws, but grabbing a gun and telling someone to leave is generally legal. Pointing the gun at her sister might be illegal in some states, as it's assault.

It's not where I live, though.
