I am sure you do, but I am curious about the amount of questions on answers about periods and pregnancy. Some of these people sound like they are completely ignorant about their own bodies: what is normal and what isn't. Does sex education vary from state to state ?
It is good to ask questions dipstik I agree. I am only curious, and mean no disrespect.
I live in Australia - there is a lot of ignorance here as well. The state I live in has the highest teen pregnancy rate in the country - our government made a huge mistake it gave mothers to be a $5000 `baby bonus`- dumb as.
Yeah they would all laugh in sex education class. In one of our parks there are monkeys - sometimes the teacher would joke and say `go watch them` learn.
I think the biggest ignorance everywhere is that although they teach the physical aspects and std stuff, they still don't address the emotional and psychological issues that come with a sexual realationship. Menstruation issues are taught well here though. Abstinence only - well maybe an ideal, though not realistic.
