do you have any weird people in your neighborhood?

i mean funny as in.. they're one of those tourist attractions that everyone in the town knows because they're really weird.

for example, there is this man in my town called YoYo, because he crosses the road, then crosses back again, then crosses back again, etc and he can be at it for ten minutes. some people call him 'Wheres-He-Walking-Now?'

another example is a teacher at my school, nobody knows her real name because since she arrives we all call her 'Hey Arnold' because her face is really wide (like a basketball, like Hey Arnold.)

and there are these twins in my school called Andrea and Andrew. they both get called Andy/ie but to tell the difference they get called Girl Andie and Boy Andy, seriously. it seems totally normal to us because they are always called that, but its actually really weird.
oh, okay, by the way i'm not being nasty. i bought YoYo some chips and a coke once. i'm doing this for homework (honestly. i'm writing a story and i need a character name, but i already asked this in the name section and got no answers.)
 
We had a homeless guy that everyone called "The Sweeper". He lived in a park and went everywhere with his broom and kept sweeping the dirt like he was gonna make it clean. Every neighborhood has a weirdo here and there. :)
 
the Bag lady !! you know, the crazy old lady that wears bags? zip-loc bag shoes, garbage bag dress.. i think there's one in almost every town. lol
and my neighbor is a cat lady.. but i haven't seen her in years. she can't be dead, though, because i still see the same cats roaming around her yard..
she's not weird tho, just different. she's very nice. i will probably be a cat lady just like her when i'm old :3
