Do you have an in-law that thinks they have some unfounded right to your child?

My daughter will be 1 in a month, and we are having a very large party. The guest list including 10 kids is nearing 60. That does also include people like my mom and dad, as well as my MIL and FIL borthers and sisters ect; so Im not THAT crazy. Me and my hubby have been talking about all of our annoying crazy family and how we will be diverting any possible problems that we anticipate can/will arise. One major problem is my sister in law. In the fall at my daughter christening my SIL basically took my daughter from me, and she proceded to show her around to all the guests and take charge of my daughter. I am very bitter I never did more about it at the time, but I was busy with the resturant we had it at, and organizing photos ect. For her Bday I have allocated food prep and guest catering to my mom and grandmom, my brother will be videoing and taking pics, and hubby is grilling. THis will leave me free to entertain and show my daughter around, and overall keep my SIL away from her.
I dont like my SIL to begin with, because she has always resented that she had a son not a daughter; and she tries to compinsate by overtaking my daughter. Especially at events like this. My SIL has a problem with not getting enough attention for herself, and she uses my daughter to do this. Meanwhile her son who is not yet 3, is basically left to his own devices. Does anyone else have a smiliar sit. How will you/ did you deal?
O believe me..if she so much as takes my daughter across the yard without me I will kick the crap out of her. I plan on making it very obvious to her whos child my daughter is. My SIL has a kid of her own to worry about and if my in-laws wont point it out to her I WILL!!!
