Do you hate those people who try to get you paranoid?

I'm talking about when one is twisted and blisted the person who hangs around knowing that you are skyed out " blitzed " it's almost like the person who is in my living room does this on purpose.

What's is your take ?
Have you?
Or should this person who I know who asked me to ask this question needs to back off the substance?
