Anyone who studies Islamic culture in depth learns of the deep seated hatred almost all muslims possess for non-muslim culture. In Islamic countries, Muslims have no problem openly expressing this hatred. In western countries, were they are still a minority, for obvious reasons, muslims don't always wear this hatred on their sleeve.
If you haven't done the homework on this subject, start with the PEW studies. Look at the "BIN LADEN CONFIDENCE FACTOR". Most Muslims worldwide, support Bin Laden / share his ideological viewpoint. Next I recommend visiting Islamic chat sites and listening to Muslims with web access. Presumably, these are supposed to be the most moderate. I guarantee you will be blown away by the hatred.
Once the truth hits you...how should you act toward Muslims you meet knowing that most of them Truly hate your culture? My view is that you should let every Muslim know that you detest single sex communities that separate woman from men and strip femininity out of the world. Let them know it makes you sick to see a culture that bans all heterosexual norms. No dating or mingling or dancing or parties with the opposite sex or music make-up or female dress or couples holding hands....let them know how filthy you find it. Have the courage.
