It is rather ironic.

You sound angry that someone an benefit from a system that they believe to be flawed. The fact that the deck is stacked in your favor doesn't change the fact that the deck is stacked. I think it's a sign of integrity to cry foul when there's a foul, even if said foul benefits you.
