facebook has an ap called meet new people but then they get to see where you're from and that sort of thing. to go to an actual chat room you never know you're talking to and that doesn't do much for you're skills b/c most of them are in need of them themselves. try talking to people you already know online or messages friends of friends. haha you could im me if you like

plus every chat room out there is like, 1 female for every 10 male.

honestly, i think bars are a good way to start practicing if you're over 21
