My ex is still smoking while he's on probation for possession of xanax bars. he says they cant do anything if they find it in his system. he says that he has to have it on him to go to jail for it. i think he's completely wrong. my friends and my brother who's on probation told me that if you're on probation for it, you go straight to jail if they find it in your system.
