i dont get it...an essex girl has a car crash and an ambulance arrives.the paramedic asks 'how
many fingers have i got up?'the girl replies- oh no i think im paralised too
 
she THINKS he has his fingers INSIDE of her. she cant feel anything 'down there' thats why she thinks shes paralized
 
If you're not British and don't know, an essex girl is a dumb blonde.
Do you get it now?
 
After the car hits her there is a pool of blood around her and the medic asks;
"Where are you bleeding from?"
She answers; "From bleedin Romford where are you from?"
 
she needs to move her hands and fingers to count how many fingers HE has up....
