I am leaving on Oct. 29 and Navy boot camp is 8 weeks, so I'll be graduating a few days after Christmas. What happens? I know all the officers and instructors go home so will I just sit in Chicago until I can be sent to Pensacola or will I get a chance to go home? I know this will give me negative days but I will be in Pensacola for a long time on hold and going through Aircrew training so it won't be hard to earn them back.
Do you get leave after Navy boot camp for Christmas?
