he/she is being "exploited"? And is deserving of more? Maybe it's a DMV clerk somewhere who gets 6 coffee breaks a day and believes he/she is entitled to 7. Or an IRS agent who is too lazy to do actual work and simply assesses a penalty on an honest taxpayer. Or a postal worker who instead of delivering every last piece of mail throws some in the garbage. Meanwhile, none of the above people are ever held accountable and firing them is a virtual impossiblity.
