do you find it annoying when people ask you to turn your webcam on when

chatting on MSN or other IM chats? I use chat on MSN and lots of times a couple of people im talking to will say "hey turn your webcam on" and then they get annoyed when i wont do it but they wont understand that i am shy and not comfortable on webcam Would that bother you ?
i have a webcam because it is built into the laptop .i did not buy it or anything.

I'm the same,and if i do i get asked a flash of skin or underwear ,it's so rude that ppl do that ,i only webcam and im 2 ppl regularly i have got to know over a long tome of emailing.
