Do you feel sorry for kids having to eat Salmon even though they hate it?

I wouldn't feel sorry for them. They should learn to eat what they are given or go hungry otherwise they end up fussy eaters when they get older.

well why are they being fed salmon if they don't like it neither do i XD if it was me and they were putting on a tantrum i'd probably say if you eat all your salmon/dinner you can have ice cream later :) lil kids are suckers for sweet stuff lol

I don't like fish. I would rather starve than eat fish...

They're not my responsibility if they throw a tantrum, they're not my kids.

I think they should eat it because they need the nutrients in it. You cant just let them have their way every time they have a tantrum. But I also wouldnt get into a power struggle about it. I didnt like fish until I was maybe 15, and my parents encouraged me to eat it but never forced me. They let me take my own time. My sister is 15 and she still hates it and refuses to eat any kind of seafood.

I HATED fish, especially salmon, when I was little. I still don't like it all that much, but anyways, my dad made me eat it even when I made a big deal about it and didn't feel sorry for me at all, and I think it was beneficial in the long run because I probably wouldn't eat it now if he hadn't made me when I was little. I guess in some ways I feel bad for the kids having to eat the salmon, because I know I hated it too, but I think exposing them to it even though they don't like it will encourage them to accept it when they are older.

Why would parents force a kid to eat Salmon when they hate it? There are a lot of other fish out their that taste a lot better. I love fish but can't stand Salmon. I find it tastes like the slime off the outside of the fish. Yuk. Try tuna or some other fish. Just as healthy. How would you like to be forced to eat ground up worms? High in protein. Would you you have a tantrum? Think about it.
