Like when it's really cold outside and raining and stuff? One of my neighbours has a lot of cats and most of them she keeps outside. I feel bad for them.
Could that be considered cruelty to animals or anything?
And there are kittens too. Not like newborn kittens, but babies nontheless. It's almost cold enough to snow here and it's been raining nightly.
