I have always been a hypochondriac since I was a child. I EXCESSIVELY worry about serious conditions and diseases. I used to self diagnose myself with cancer, strokes, and other things when I was only 10 years old!!!
It kept going until my teenage years and Now I have a baby girl who I constantly worry about.
Even normal things,, she has vomited before and it freaking worries me that she has a serious condition in her digestive system,,
I worry about her coughing, i worry about her bad gas, about her weight gain, I worry about everything!!
Then I look in the Internet and I worry even more!! Please, help, I dont want to be like this for the rest of my life.. im going to go insane! Thanks for your responses.
