Do you consider Amazing Agent Luna a manga or not? It is packaged like a manga but it was written for an english speaking audiance, it takes place in the United States, it has some things that more western influence like the High School clics.
If it was to be adapted into an animated series, who would produce it, a company in North America, or a company in Japan and thus make it a real anime?
If they did a animated adaption and it was made by a company in North America, I hope they use english dub actors.
