there is no doubt about BP's ineptitude at stopping the spillage and having a good contingency plan.

They have closed the other gulf wells till this is resolved. Normally this would cause prices to go up just on speculation, but they've been going down lately. Makes me wonder if theres some agreement to keep production up at other places that the people in the know know about.
