...employers to drop health benefits? The employer mandate of charging $2000.00 per employee with no healthcare is just the push employers need to drop benefits. It will be cheaper to pay the penalties than to insure employees. In the end, the penalities will make the state/fed rich and employees will get salary cuts. How does this help taxpayers. It hurts more people than it helps.
At the least, employers can make you pay 95% of the health premium and not pay the fine. So what choice are you left with? Forget about your employer paying for your family.
