the economy and other world situations cannot be fixed,we keep going down, down down...i see no hope

don't worry about anything until it affects your life and the people around you. things will get better. don't worry. and don't worry about how things will be worse, just focus on now. worry when things actually are terrible, not when they seem like they will get terrible :]

yes, i do think things are gona get better. all you have to do is have faith and hope and eventually things will start to come together...

Yes. I believe things are going to get better. That's because my view of history goes back further than three weeks and my expectations of improvement are expected to take longer than 27 minutes, 30 seconds plus commercials.

I happen to believe things WILL get better. We must have a positive outlook or that negativity will bring us all down....

It's always darkest before dawn, as they say.
Keep your chin up. The electric car is coming.

There is always hope. I always look at it this way: Everyday I wake up is a great day. As long as there are people alive who care, there is always hope for a brighter day.

no sadly i do not...

what is evil peopel now call good...

and what is good people now call evil

I believe that things seem worse than they are because we have become such a selfish, greedy and power hungry country.

We are no different than the Israelites who wandered aimlessly in circles in the desert because they would forget their LORD their God.

America has done the same... we have worshipped money and power over our God.

yes I know...thumbs down for me. ;-)

someone just posted this comment: don't worry about anything until it affects your life and the people around you. things will get better. don't worry. and don't worry about how things will be worse, just focus on now. worry when things actually are terrible, not when they seem like they will get terrible :]

Don't worry until it affects YOU? what happened to caring about your neighbor?... gosh it's this kind of thinking that has gotten us where we are now.

I don't see the traditional state of humanity to be lasting much longer. It could take generations to see fruition but I see either a very profound collapse that sends us into another Dark Age, or a very slow curve downward that happens so slowly that we cannot recognize it and we accept it as a sort of natural "evolution".

The latter is something that might already be happening.

As far as the outright ending of the human species, I don't see that coming anytime soon from our own hand. Nature is more likely to see to that.
