Do you believe that companies should only hire people who project the company image?

I think they have the right to do so. Consumers expect the store employees to represent the company brand, and they may not frequent the store or buy from the store if the image of the employees differs greatly from the image that the brand projects. The company does not benefit by alienating or confusing its customers, so they have no incentive to do so.

Do you believe or don't believe they should only hire people who project the company's image? If so, tell me why you believe or don't believe. I am asking this because Abercrombie & Fitch hired only people that project...

A&F got sued because they wouldn't let an overweight girl out behind the back room. They only allow attractive people to work on the floor. I hate them though because their store is too loud and smelly...

Would you want to hire a stipper, who dresses in nothing but underwear, no bra. refuses to change, to manage your day care center??
