Do you believe Michael jackson is innocent or guilty?

Jacko is guilty as hell. There is no possible way that so many allegations from so many people adRAB up to innocent. But, we are talking about Kalifornica, so all bets are off.

Hopefully, Mike is gonna make a sweet prison wife for some musclebound crackhead. Tito might as well get a permanent marker and draw a nice rack with silverdollar nips on his back right now. Maybe a little "Jesus Juice" to calm his nerves first?

Nah, he still has enough pull and buckage to get a Martha Stewart package deal.

I dunno. The prosecution had to bring in witnesses from a case 10+ years ago. That's pretty sad. If you have to bring in witness not even related to the case to prove a previous case and then by proxy prove your current one, it says much about how much evidence you really have, aka, not a whole lot. Even worse, his two ex wives who he had very messy divorces all said good things about him. That doesn't bode well for the prosecution. Not to mention that a whole slew of actors who were children at his ranch all denied saying he act in such manners. If the case was really as solid as some of you think it was, such circus antics wouldn't be happening. Jacko's behavior is clearly circus like, but the prosecution's case is in many cases laughable. Sure Jacko is weird, that goes without saying, but looking at the history of his accuser, it may appear she's even weirder.

Still, it's moot in the end. There's no way they can stick it to him through a bunch of appeals.

I think the media blitz around this is too biased for me to ever form any kind of real opinion. I think he is clearly whacked in the head regardless of his guilt.

I agree...and cannot, in good conscience, deem him innocent - ever. But, due to the flipside of that coin, that being moneygrabbers, can't say that he is guilty.

VoR,
Maybe you should have said, "Guilty or Not Guilty". Innocent can't hardly apply to anyone like him.

Unless one heard the information in the courtroom, a decision like this is difficult to make. You need to see and hear all the info.

I think he's probably guilty of something, quite what I don't know, and I don't get the impression that the trial has revealed any cast iron evidence against him. All the witnesses seem to be tainted by money, or personal grudges like sacked employees. I don't think proof beyond reasonable doubt is possible.

The jury will decide whether he is guilty or not guilty. They will not determine that he is innocent. The only hope he has is reasonable doubt, but reasonable doubt does not establish innocence.

I personally think he did it...several times!

I think he will never see the inside of a jail, whether he is convicted or not. If he's convicted, he'll likely either die of acute fright or he'll kill himself.

Superfreak!

Good point..........Thanks I thought of that after I already posted the poll.......

I bet they are going to acquit him (which means he's not innocent, we just couldn't prove he's guilty enough). the entire case is a circus, the prosecution is laughable calling in decade old trial witnesses for a case that didn't even make it to court. The defense is a mockery of the system for his constant medical "neeRAB."

With those options, I would say, if that did happen he do need help, or if he ever asked for help I don't know, but everyone must meet their maker some day or another, so then I'll be praying that this sort of thing will come to an end. its a disgrace in my opinion, if not repented of. act Micah 6: 6-"8" , 9-16.

but that I' am sure and since I'am persuaded that: Acts 17: 30. Lk. 24: 47. , but what say ye if any input? . Fr: Walter, Jr. and Deborah, La.
