Short answer: Yes! It honestly sounds completely crazy until you try it.
Long Answer: I was in a stagnant depressing relationship of 5 years. I started to figure out what I wanted in a guy, I kept thinking of these things that I wanted in a guy. In my myspace profile I wrote down what I want in a guy. I GOT THAT GUY.
Longer answer: My ex of 5 years lacked ambition, so it became something I really wanted; an ambitious guy who was really motivated and enthusiastic. and OMG it's true they say be careful of what you wish for when you're applying the rule of attraction, cuz this guy I have now, is the most ambitious person I've ever met in my life! When we first began dating he said to me, "Now, let's turn each other on even more by doing what we have to get done today!" and he was dead serious........ I also wanted a guy who was into the same things as me. I'm a singer/actress/video editor... very talented, and yet, never dated a guy who could even keep a tune. This guy... acted in LA for 5 years and enjoys singing duets with me!!!! Lastly, in the stagnant relationship I was in prior, lets just say our sex life fizzled out... Now this is yet another thing that became important to me due to what my ex was lacking... My man now? is a ROCK STAR in bed! I could keep going, but I'll sum up my saying that I got everything I said I wanted, and the things I focused on most... like ambition, is what qualities are the strongest in my man. My advice is that you shouldn't base what you want on what you don't have now, because even though ambition was important to me because I was so fed up and annoyed about my ex, I got a man that's a little TOO ambitious, lol even for my taste!
