...daily family work goes? I am sorry. This question is very similar to the other one I posted. But I am trying to narrow something down here. If you saw my other question, you can just skip this if you want.
I am a quiet organized person. I wake-up and quickly make a mental list of things I have to rush through with the kids and adjust as I go along when things pop up. She is an outspoken multi-tasker and born leader type. She does 15 things at once until it is all done. She gives me tasks along with the kids and organizes what I am doing as she works on her own stuff. Example: I cook dinner every night while watching the baby. She passes me in the kitchen and gives me a quick task that is normally her territory. Passes our daughter, gives her a quick job. Passes me again, another directive. It confuses the hell out of me. Usually, I just say "Ummm, don't think so." Doesn't go off very well. I have talked to her about our assigned duties because I like to know what is expected of me and vice versa. She doesn't like being tied down to any one task and resists completely. In the end everything gets done. But it is a bit of a struggle.
Anyways, how do you, personally, work it out with your significant other so you each are aware of duties that are your territory and duties that are his/hers. Does it just come naturally for you? Do you make charts? Do you talk it out? Or do you just yell "WHOA! That is YOUR job man!!!"
