Do you mean is it good to be ethical in a business that's business is that of selling business ethics, if that was the case, answer your own question, your the expert.
However you probably asking, is the concept of 'morales' in the work environment viable in a business that is career driven, ethically driven to put forward the business. Or rather if you should have ethics in your work.
Simply put, dont be a jackass.
As long as you follow all the rules and laws and regulations for whatever it is you do, your fine. Being personable with your co-workers/employees etc. is totally optional, and is not recommended if you find yourself cuthroat.
