Do you agree that it makes good scents to avoid eating certain foods for at least...

...3 days before ...? ...travelling on a plane ?

Just recently while high up in the air my family and I detected beer, eggs, cheese, BBQ flavoured potato chips, palm - oil soaked spicy noodles and spicy cold meats had been consumed by our fellow travellers prior to and during our flight to Melbourne.

These malodorous gases lingered for 30 minutes each in our plane. There was no where else to go, to escape - the toilets were worse.

My family dined on oat porridge, salmon and salad, chicken and steamed vegetables, fruits and nuts, and plenty of water (as usual) before our journey so that we avoided anyone having any negative lingering thoughts about us.

What has been your experiences in confined spaces ?

And what do you do to avoid it ?

I have never noticed anything like this on any of the flights i have made. It could get bad though by what you are telling. I have a brother who used to eat a lot of boiled eggs on purpose just to get back at some of his co-workers.
