Oh yes multiplayer is so realistic. That's why I can respawn when I die and survive a grenade explosion and regain my health. And single player is so awesome thats why all the levels comprise of running down streets and shooting people, and going into buildings and shooting people. And getting into bunkers and shooting people. And zombies is the first Co-Op zombie game which is why Left 4 Dead and Killing Floor came out before it.
