Do ya think i could get my clear chat headset microphone replace by radio shack?

I got a Logitech clear chat microphone headset i got it from my brother-in-law and sister i don't have the receipt it came from fry in California my headset got a shortage in one of them do ya think radio shack will replace them for me and get me a new pair i have the warranty for them and it still good. What should i do
