No one will make you wear perfume. It's a personal choice. But, you need to be respectful of others around you if and when you do.

In boot camp you will not care about wearing perfume
Basic training and after, as long as its not offensive to the nose of your superior then it is fine.

In basic you can pretty much forget about the girlie stuff like perfume, make up, plucking, waxing, painting nails...believe me you won't miss any of it. At AIT you'll have a bit more time for that. Then after AIT and once you get to your first duty station, you can continue with all the girlie stuff as before, though it must be within regs (AR 670-1 I think) for standards of appearance (no "extreme" hair or nail colors, make up, etc).
