Every time i play WII sports, (especially boxing) my muscle feels big......... It's a normal thing or it's building my muscle???................

p.s: i love wii

I don't think Wii Sports builds muscles. If you play Wii Fit, then yes, maybe. Wii Sports is a game where you can lightly play with friends and family. If you're getting tired from playing Wii Sports after 30mins, then you're swinging way too hard. If you're playing 3 hours straight, then it might be a workout. Depends on how hard you're moving your muscles.

Itachi Uchiha just brought up something that I've always wondered. Why do people (particularly in commercials and shows) actually do all these arm movements like they're being all dramatic. All it takes is a flick of the wrist in tennis and baseball. Golf, boxing and bowling are what call for the most dramatic arm movements.

to answer teetop, they are paid to act dramatically. to answer your question, you dont actually do anything to your muscles unless you sweat, which is not normal, because like what itachi uchiha said, you can jus flick your wrist for tennis. boxing is a different thing... it was actually proven to increase speed rate and muscle, and muscular endurance of the arms and wrists.

lol no way
u can ace all the tennis games by sitting down and flicking your wrist
