My boyfriends ex wants to know our address. She says it's because she wants to know where her kids are when they come to stay. We've moved because he's in the army, and the time before this she wouldn't let the children come round until she knew our previous adress so eventually we told her. And surprise surprise the next thing we got was a threat that she would send someone round...i'm not sure what it was for but it certainly wasn't to check what the house was like etc. So this is why i don't want her to know our address, because now he's in the army and away alot, i'm going to be there on my own. Also, before we had a place of our own, we used to stay in hotels with the children so that we could have the children over night, and she never wanted to know then where we were taking them, so what's the difference. She has contacts numbers. Do we need to tell her our new address?

I'd like to say that i'm not trying to 'aggravate the ex' in any way. And i really do appreciate that you responded, however i don't appreciate comments like that. I said in my question 'i'm not sure what it was for but it certainly wasn't to check out what the house was like'. Perhaps that wasn't clear enough to suggest that in her speach towards us she was talking in a way that meant she wanted to cause some sort of damage. A good enough reason to not want her to have my address i think.
