Do universities know if you visit porn websites?

I live in halls and we all share the unis wireless internet connection, and t access it i need t log on with my login. Does that mean the uni knows what websites i've been on, including the naughty ones lol
 
Yep, they can do that.

At my high school, they have some type of program that knows your computer location and login, and can view your screen, and some words trigger it. I imagine if this can happen at a small high school, they must be doing it at universities.

But if it's on your own personal computer, there's not much they can do.

It depends on the school really.
 
Yes of course. You have a network login for a reason, so that they can access what you do.
