I'm going to uni in September and I live in London but my uni is in Stoke however it only takes an hour and a half to go from one place to the other and I will be living on Campus.
I'm aware that uni's have holidays at Christmas, Summer, etc. But if you had free time on the weekend would you be allowed to go home to visit your family during term-time if you could gaurantee that you'd make it back by the end of the day? I couldn't find any answers on the net and my uni hasn't revealed this yet. This will help me in knowing how much to bring,etc.
