do u use eye of round to cook a roast in the crock pot?

its my first roast and i wanted to make sure im doing it right

I have found that dry roasting is best for eye round, in the oven at 350 degrees for say 20 minutes a pound for medium rare

If you have a crock pot its easy.
Wash off your roast.
Set it in the crock pot.
Season with some onion (minced or fresh, doesn't matter), garlic salt, pepper, add in a McCormick Au Ju mix.
Fill with water until you're covering the roast.
Let it cook for at least 8 hours. Personally I like to let mine cook over night or put it on early in the morning before I go to work.
