i think she is and i have been trying not to be her friend for a while but she keeps coming back!!!

shes 13 (me too) and hangs out/is best friends with 11/12 year old girls
she has no idea how to put on make up
she doesnt no where to shop
she is kinda slow in school
she falls down way too much
she says the weirdest things like: hahaha! dun dun dun!!
she has the creepyest laugh
her lips are really thin!!!
she looks weird.

Its not weird, shes just different.... if shes THAT big of a problem, introduce her to someone else who you think is annoying
