such as cheese burger pizza? anything will help cheese burger pizza is all i no and i need more and it doesnt have to just be food

Pretty much every "American dish" is a mixture of many cultures....

Ice Cream Cone-Lebanese Cookie and American Ice Cream;
Apple Pie-Dutch pastry and American Apples;
All Cajun and Creole cooking (Jambalaya, Etouffee, Gumbo)
Even the California Roll-Norimaki (Mixes Japanese Sushi with Californian Avocado);
