where is the distributor located on a 98+ plus camaro?
whats an easy way to do a tuneup (cap,rotor) on a 92 caprice? its all the way in the back by the firewall

in the middle of the block at the far back by the fire wall
make sure you label your plug wires as to where they go the firing order is 1,8,4,3,6,5,7,2, remove the plug wires from the cap remove the 2 screws that hold the cap on remove the cap the rotor will just pull off sometimes its hard but it will come off the dist saft has a notch in it align the notch with the pertruding piece in side the new rotor and push on install the cap in the reverse order you took off

just follow the spark plug wires I know on the vortec 350 you have to pull a wing nut off and the plastic on the intake.

Just climb in and do it

it sits all the way back against the firewall.you can tell by looking at the plug wires.
