Do u have to go to college to become a real estate agent?

I guess it never hurts to have extra skill. However, I could still attempt college to get a degree in something. Real estate agents hustle and the job may not be as stable as other careers. You could major in real estate and make good money on the chimerical side if you are really into it. Good luck!
 
No. But you do have to take classes either at a comm coll or sometimes provided by a real estate business (not often).

Right now it 's a good time to learn the business but not necessarily to
work in it.
Housing market is WAY, WAY down due to the hard economic times.

Learn now, be ready for when the recession is over and the business will pick up.
