A lady on here asked a question about taking legal actions, because her 14 yr old daughter is pregnant by a 17 yr old boy, BUT they had consensual sex. So now back too the question.
 
not really sure what you mean need more details plz
but yes if the other persons child has done something majorly wrong then yes he should go to jail

ok i just seen your edit her daughter is still a minor therefor what the boy has done is considered as rape therefore he can be charged she however cannot as she is under 16
 
Um.... which lady? Do you realize that you didn't include any details?

*If the laws state that it was illegal for the 17 year old to have relations with the 14 year old, then yes, she has every right in the world to press charges. It may not be the best route to take, but legally speaking, she can do it if she wants. Just because they both willingly participated doesn't suddenly make it legal. There are LOTS of people who willingly participate in illegal situations.... there are still consequences to deal with though.
