At college I had this one tutor that stood out from the others because she took the time to listen to what I had to say, or explain something clearly if I didn't understand it. Once college was coming to an end she heard that I wanted to go on a gap year & really encouraged me to follow my dream.
She told me about a company she had been on her gap year with when she left uni & generally was a real help. I never did tell her that I was accepted after my interview & that I was actually going!
This was last July, do you think it's too late to let her know? Is it geeky to let them know what they've helped you to achieve. I was only going to email her. Would this be too weird (bare in mind it's now many months later)?!
