Hi! I have an appointment coming up to get my iPhone 3GS swapped (The volume button broke) and I was wondering if they transferred your old information over to your new phone at the store? Also what is transferred? Do you lose texts, call history, contacts ect? I'm with Bell does that mean I have to call them and get them to reactivate it after I get the new phone? Or will it just work?
