Yes they sell programs but have never seen anyone standing around offering their services to read them to whoever can't read. If they can't read, why would someone buy a program.

Yes! Why I was tellin' my dad, who's also my favorite uncle, how they have them printing things in homes now but he still don't get it.
Anyway's, after we's hopped the fence, this wierdo wearing a shirt(go figure) try's to sell us a 'program'!
Long story short, we just took one from him. I think his name tag said Mike on it. We took the name tag too. He started crying. My aunt helga uses the name tag when delivering pizza's in her Datsun 210 cuz she looks more like a Mike anyhow. She read the program to me!

Yep they sell them, but you have to provide your own reader/translator. Good thing is you can ask more than 5 questions per new id at the race, so you don't have to spend all your time creating new id's so you can ask more ?questions?!
