Do they re-use old ACT Tests?

I took the ACT again today and I've have taken the EXACT same test before. I couldn't remember the answers of course, but I knew exactly what each passage in the reading/English was going to be after reading the first sentence. Math was just numbers, so it didn't seem as familiar. Science was the same way as the English and Reading, remembered it almost perfectly. Also, there were a few questions I distinctly remembered those that gave me trouble in the past. No one I knew remembered having the same test, so it was either the one I took way back in 7th grade or I have some kind of physic power =P
