Do they make flush taillights for a 1980 Honda CB750F?

I have a 1980 Honda CB750F. The rear turn signals stick out pretty far. I've kicked them quite a few times while getting off the bike and I'm worried about breaking them. Does anyone know where I can find flush rear turn signals for this bike?
